If you are a new client looking to book one of our facilities you must become a requestor first, once approved as a requestor you are able to log back in to enter your date(s), time and location.

Please enter all information required.  After submitting your request, you will be notified if the request has been approved or denied by the school secretary.  If the request is approved the request then gets routed to me for a contract, it MUST be signed electronically with your pin you've created when you first became a requestor.  An invoice generated will be issued accordingly to Policy 7510 and Schedule of Charges (see below).

Please allow at least 7 days for processing. Please understand you are requesting the space, not reserving the space. Do not advertise the location until you have received a confirmation from Facility Services and you have uploaded the Liability Insurance Certificate to your event.

-Requests should be made at least 14 days prior to your event.

-Each user shall submit (upload) evidence to provide liability insurance coverage in the amount of at least $1,000,000.
